TRUCK DISPATCH · 11 EQUIPMENT TYPES
Truck dispatch service. Your truck, your call.
We start with your truck's numbers: ratings, length, lanes. Then we find the loads, negotiate every rate and line up the reload before you deliver. You approve each load, and the rate con comes straight to you.
- No contract
- You pick the loads
- No haul, no pay
Non-CDL capable
Semi
Specialized
Box trucks: 26 ft box and longer. No cargo vans or sprinters.
Pick your rig
Tap the equipment you run. We will show its numbers, the line that matters and the fee that applies.
We bring you the load. You decide.
Here is how a load reaches you. Tap yes or pass on the example to see what happens next.
- 01We find it, check the broker's credit and days to pay, and negotiate the rate before you ever hear about it.
- 02We present it with every detail: pickup and delivery windows, loaded and empty miles, weight, rate, broker and terms. Nothing is booked yet.
- 03You say yes and the broker emails the rate con straight to you. You read it, sign it, and the load is yours. Say no and it costs you nothing.
If a broker changes something after you say yes, like a new pickup time, an extra stop or a heavier weight, we bring it back to you before anything moves. A changed load is a new decision, and it's still yours.

YOUR CALL. NOTHING IS BOOKED UNTIL YOU SAY YES.
When $3.00 a mile pays $2.00
The rate on the post only counts the loaded miles. The drive back to freight doesn't show up anywhere, and that is where a good-looking load quietly loses a third of its value.
EXAMPLE
- Rate
- $1,560
- Loaded miles
- 520
- Rate per loaded mile
- $3.00
- Empty miles to next load
- 260
- Total miles driven
- 780
That is why we plan the reload before you deliver. A shorter empty leg, or a second load that pays for it, moves the all-in number more than squeezing another dime out of the first rate.

What we won't do
- Book a load without your yes, or sign a rate con for you. Every rate con goes to your email and carries your signature.
- Push loads that break your truck's limits. If it's over your payload, your combined rating or your legal height, we don't bring it to you.
- Send you to brokers with a poor payment record just to fill a day. We check credit and days to pay before the offer reaches you.
- Charge you for loads you didn't haul, for setup, or for a month you stayed home.
Every rig gets the same desk
Different trucks run into different limits: payload on a box truck, combined weight on a hotshot, temperature on a reefer, permits on a wide load. We ask about yours first.
Non-CDL capable
26 ft and longer, liftgate or dock-high, booked to your payload.
Gooseneck or bumper pull, CDL or non-CDL, matched to your GCWR.
Semi
Live loads and drop and hook, planned with the reload in mind.
Produce, frozen and chilled lanes, timed around the seasons.
Steel, lumber and building materials, with tarp pay on the rate con.
Tall machinery and equipment that won't clear on a flatbed.
Your tractor, their trailer. Pickups and returns planned.
Specialized
Wedge or stinger, open or enclosed, routed to fill every spot.
Aggregate, dirt and demo work, by the hour or by the ton.
Wide and tall loads with permits and escorts lined up.
Endorsed drivers, placarded freight, brokers that check both.
Box trucks: 26 ft box or longer. We don't dispatch cargo vans, sprinters or smaller box trucks.
See your fee before you apply
Pick your equipment, fleet size and authority age, then slide the weekly gross. The ticket prints the rate that applies to you and what the same week costs with a 10% or 12% dispatcher.
7%
While your MC is under 6 months old, on any equipment. Also the rate for a single 26 ft box truck or hotshot, where loads are smaller and take more calls per dollar booked.
5%
One truck on any other equipment, once your authority is 6 months old. It switches on its own, with no need to ask.
4%
Fleets of two or more trucks with authority over 6 months, on any mix of equipment.

Get paid this week
If waiting on broker payments is squeezing you, factoring can turn a delivered load into cash, often within a day. We refer carriers to a factoring partner and may be paid for referrals. Learn how freight factoring works first if it's new to you.

Truck dispatch services: straight answers
Q01How much does your truck dispatch service cost?
It's a percentage of the gross on loads you actually haul: 7% while your MC is under 6 months old and for 26 ft box trucks and hotshots, 5% standard for one truck on other equipment, and 4% for fleets of two or more trucks. There's no setup fee and no monthly minimum, and if you don't haul, you don't pay.
Q02Do I have to take every load you find?
No. We bring each load to you with the pickup, delivery, miles, weight, rate, broker and terms. You say yes or you pass. Passing costs nothing and doesn't count against you. We keep looking, and we'll ask what you didn't like so the next offer fits better.
Q03Who signs the rate confirmation?
You do. Once you say yes, the broker sends the rate con straight to your email. You read it, check it matches what we told you, and sign it yourself. We never sign for you, so nothing gets booked under your MC without your name on it.
Q04What equipment do you dispatch?
Eleven types: 26 ft box trucks, hotshots, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, power only, car haulers, dump trucks, oversize and hazmat or tanker. Box trucks need a 26 ft box or longer. We don't dispatch cargo vans, sprinters or smaller box trucks.
Q05Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No setup fee and no long contract. Dispatch runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. The fee only applies to loads you agreed to and hauled, so a slow week or a week at home doesn't cost you a dispatch bill.
Q06Can a new MC use your dispatch service?
Yes. Plenty of carriers start with us in their first months. Some brokers won't touch an authority under 90 days or 6 months old, so we work the ones that will and build your history. The rate is 7% until your authority turns 6 months.
Q07What do you need from me to start?
Your MC and DOT numbers, a W-9, a certificate of insurance with cargo coverage, and your factoring notice of assignment if you factor. Then we talk through your truck, the lanes you want, home time, and the lowest rate you'll take.
Q08How do you cut deadhead?
We look for the next load before the current one delivers, not after. That means checking reload options near the drop when we book, using triangle routes when a straight backhaul doesn't pay, and telling you honestly when waiting a day beats running empty.
