Loads booked by our desk and approved by you, paid fast by our factoring partner. One application can start both. Factoring stays optional, and neither service depends on the other.

| Service | Fee | Who sets it |

| Factoring | A fee per invoice, plus any extras in the agreement | The factor; quoted to you |
The dispatch fee rules are on rates and fees. Factoring costs are explained on factoring rates. We refer carriers to a factoring partner and may be paid for referrals.
From the broker, straight to you. It's the first thing a factor checks.
Signed at every stop, photographed before you leave the dock.
We make sure each new broker has your notice of assignment before the first load.
Detention times and lumper receipts with the invoice, not weeks later.
Your factoring agreement is between you and the factor. If you stop using our dispatch, factoring continues on its own terms until you end it under those terms. Your broker setups are under your MC, so they stay yours too.
If you stop factoring, the factor sends your brokers a release, and they pay you directly again. Dispatch carries on unchanged.
Carriers who use dispatch and factoring together usually share a few traits.
Yes. The broker sends it straight to you, under your MC, and you sign it.
Only the ones you submit for funding, with the paperwork you send.
Yes, under your factoring agreement's terms. Dispatch doesn't change.
The factor for funding questions; the desk for anything about the load itself.
We don't factor invoices ourselves, hold your money, or sign anything for you. The factor is a separate company with its own agreement. We refer carriers to a factoring partner and may be paid for referrals; that doesn't change the dispatch fee or how we book loads.
We also don't require you to factor with our partner to get good loads. Brokers book carriers whether they factor or not, and whichever factor you use, our job on the dispatch side is the same.
Apply for dispatch and request a factoring quote, in either order. The dispatch application takes about two minutes; the factoring quote takes about the same. We use your dispatch details to help fill the factoring form, so you don't type everything twice.
Read how we dispatch for the dispatch side, and the freight factoring overview for the factoring side. Ready? Start dispatch.
As fast as your factor funds clean paperwork, often the next business day. Dispatch helps by making sure brokers have your notice of assignment and that the paperwork for each load is complete.
You or your factor's process, under your MC. The rate con is in your name and comes straight to you. We help put the packet together: the signed rate con, BOL and proof of delivery.
No. We still find and negotiate loads, check every broker, and bring each one to you to approve. A factor's broker credit check can be one more input before an offer reaches you.
We help: reminders, checking that every stop's signature is there, and making sure brokers have your notice of assignment. The account with the factor is yours, and so is the decision to factor.
No. Factoring is optional. Many carriers we dispatch don't factor, and those who do can use our partner or any factor they choose.
No. The factoring quote form works on its own, and the factor's terms don't depend on our dispatch.
Dispatch is 7%, 5% or 4% of gross on loads you haul, depending on authority age, fleet size and equipment. Factoring is quoted separately by the factor. The two fees are separate.
Nothing changes on the factoring side. Your agreement with the factor continues on its own terms until you end it under those terms.
The dispatch fee is the same whether you factor or not, and the factor quotes its own rate. We don't bundle or hide one fee inside the other, so you can compare each on its own.
With your permission, yes, for things like confirming a broker has your notice of assignment or that paperwork was received. The account and the decisions stay yours.
It can help a little: complete paperwork, a notice of assignment already on file with brokers, and loads from brokers that pass credit checks all make a factor's job easier. Approval still depends on the factor's own review.
Yes. Many carriers start with dispatch only and add factoring when cash gets tight, a truck is added, or slow brokers pile up. Request a quote whenever it makes sense; nothing about dispatch changes.
